Highest quality product (A): The length of a mushroom should exceed 8 centimeters; the shaft is thick and the pileus does not burst. (About 8~15 mushrooms weigh 500 grams; about 15~30 mushrooms weigh 1 kilogram.) |

Storage method of natural pine mushroom and culinary art

[Storage method of natural pine mushroom] it will be all right to store in a cool place in the shade for one to two days from when it is picked, but it should be wrapped in a dry towel and the like and stored in a refrigerator when you want to preserve it for a longer period (of 3 to 10 days)
[Cooking method of natural pine mushroom] please prepare natural pine mushrooms, wash them in running water, and dry them with a towel and the like. You can slice them thinly lengthwise (about 2 mm) to cook them in various ways.
[Freeze-storage of natural pine storage] after preparing and washing natural pine mushroom cleanly, dry it and put it in an airtight plastic bag before storing it in a freezing room (20 degrees below zero)

How to eat
After you prepare natural pine mushrooms, wash the soil stuck on their roots cleanly in flowing water, and slice them thinly lengthwise, you can either dip in a salt-and-sesame-oil source to eat them or put them in such dishes as Pine mushroom Bulgogi (thinly sliced or shredded beef marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, shallot, and black pepper, cooked on a grill), Pine mushroom Jeongol (Beef and Vegetable Stew), Pine mushroom Deopbap (Rice with pine mushroom on top), and Pine mushroom Kalguksu (Handmade noodle), or roast them on a grill alone or with other materials.
Precautions should be taken when cooking pine mushroom if you cook freeze-stored pine mushrooms after they are completely thawed, they become softened, their color may turn black, the flesh of the pine mushrooms become tough, and their flavor disappears. Unlike other kinds of mushrooms that contains about 60% water, the water content of the natural pine mushroom goes up to 90%, which is impossible to have it dehydrated; you should eat it raw or have it frozen and stored for a later use
